Where the wedding happens
Nekajui, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve
Every wedding venue is a barefoot walk away. The room block is planned for twenty rooms, with daily breakfast at Mirador included.
(Guanacaste, Costa Rica)
Fly into Liberia and let the hotels handle the rest.
Book to LIR, Daniel Oduber Quirós International in Liberia, about 45 minutes from the peninsula gate. Direct flights run from many U.S. hubs. San José (SJO) is a five-hour drive; we don't recommend it.
Both hotels arrange private airport transfers when you book. Mention the Lapeyre-Teeler wedding. Once you're on the peninsula, a complimentary wedding shuttle loops between the hotels and every event. No rental car required.
You'll need a valid passport (six months beyond travel is the safe rule). U.S. citizens don't need a visa for stays under 90 days. Pack it somewhere you'll remember.

The relaxed option
A breezy resort on Culebra Bay with pools, restaurants, and monkeys in the trees at breakfast. Shuttle service connects it to every wedding event.
Arrive by Thursday morning to make the welcome party.
