A valid passport, yes. Six months beyond your travel dates is the safe rule. U.S. citizens don't need a visa for stays under 90 days. Other passports: check your country's requirements early.

No. Both hotels arrange airport transfers, and a complimentary wedding shuttle loops the peninsula all weekend, connecting the hotels and every event.

Mid-November is the start of Guanacaste's dry season: mid-80s and sunny by day, low 70s and breezy at night, with a small chance of a brief shower. Pack sunscreen, sunglasses, and one just-in-case layer.

Yes. U.S. dollars and cards are accepted nearly everywhere on the peninsula and in Guanacaste. A few small colones bills are handy for roadside sodas and souvenirs, but you won't need much.
